I love watching the Dugger’s. They are a very strong family for as many kids as they have. I wanted to post the Tater Tot Casserole because the holiday’s are coming and I think it would be a great dish to have.
DUGGAR’s TATER TOT CASSEROLE
2 lb ground turkey cooked, seasoned, drained
3 2lb bags tater tots
2 cans cream of mushroom
2 cans evaporated milk
2 cans cream of chicken
Brown meat & place in large cass. dish.
Cover with tater tots. Mix soup & milk together.
Pour over top. Bake at 350 for 1 Hour.
(One of Daddy’s Favorites!) Makes 2- 9”X13” pans
Chicken and Corn Casserole
2 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 1/2 cups chicken broth
12 ounces canned corn, drained
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup flour
3 tablespoons pimento, chopped
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon diced onion
Melt 1 tablespoon of the butter and mix with bread crumbs. In a large skillet, melt the remaining butter, stir in the flour and onion. Add in the broth, cooking and stirring until the sauce thickens. Add in chicken, corn, cheese and pimento and stir to mix.
Pour into casserole dish. Top with breadcrumb mixture. Bake ad 350 degrees for 15 minutes.
I have seen TasteSpotting on another site and I was stuck on it for hours. The pictures are amazing. There are all types of pictures that you can look at. Most of them are recipes that others have posted.

Black Eye punch is a terrific and frightful beverage to serve at your Halloween party.
To concoct this wicked brew you’ll need to combine:
2 cups of sugar
3 quarts of water with
1 13 ounce envelope of unsweetened grape soft drink mix
1 13 ounce envelope of unsweetened orange soft drink mix
Stir until all of the ingredients are completely dissolved.
Right before serving, add in 1 liter of ginger ale and several pieces of eyeball candy to float on top of the punch.

Breakfast Burritos (Serves 4)
4 Eggs
2 Tbsp
Milk3/4 Cup
Pinto Beans, cooked, rinsed and drained
1/2 Cup SalsaCanola Oil Spray, Oil or Butter for pan
2 Corn Tortillas, warmed if desired
Sour Cream, Cheese or Avocado, optional
1. Whisk the eggs, milk, and salt in a bowl.
2. Heat a nonstick pan over low to medium heat and spray or grease withoil or butter.
3. Pour in the egg mixture and stir until almost scrambled, about 2minutes.
4. Add the beans and salsa and cook for 2 minutes or until ingredientsare heated through.
5. Place scrambled egg mixture and other optional ingredients intotortillas and roll or fold in half.
6. Serve.

INGREDIENTS * 2 cups plain flour * 1 teaspoon baking soda * 1/2 teaspoon baking powder * 1/2 cup brown sugar * 1/2 cup white sugar * 1/2 cup butter or margarine * 2 eggs * 1/2 cup sour cream * 1/2 teaspoon vanilla * 3 mashed bananas * 1 cup chopped strawberries
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Lightly grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder together.
3. In another bowl, cream together the butter or margarine and sugars. Then add in the eggs, vanilla, sour cream and mashed bananas and mix thoroughly. Stir in the chopped strawberries.
4. Slowly add the flour mixture into the wet ingredients, stirring well as you go.
5. Pour the mixture into your prepared loaf pan and bake on 350F for around 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. 6. Allow to cool for 10 minutes in the loaf pan before removing and placing on a wire cooling rack to cool fully.
